Timelines represent short, medium and long-term goals for the period of 2009-2019.

Knowledge and research provide important building blocks for actions. In some cases certain actions provide the groundwork for larger or more complicated actions that follow. For this reason, shorter term goals must often be completed prior to the commencement of longer term ones since they build upon each other.
